What are your hours?
We are open Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Walk in any day we are open, or call (860) 447-2040 first if you would rather check that we can help before you drive over.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. If you want to be sure someone can look at your device the moment you arrive, call (860) 447-2040 ahead.
What kinds of devices do you repair?
Cellphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, game consoles and gaming PCs. We work on all the major brands. If you are not sure whether your device is something we handle, call (860) 447-2040 and describe it, or send us a photo through the form on our contact page.
My screen is cracked. Can you replace it?
Yes. Screen repair and replacement is the repair we do most, on phones and tablets alike. Bring the device in, or send a photo of the damage through the form on our contact page and we can tell you what is involved.
My phone got wet. Is it worth bringing in?
It is worth asking. We do water damage restoration, and the sooner a wet device is looked at the better the odds. Do not try to charge it. Call (860) 447-2040 or bring it straight in.
What else do you fix besides screens?
Batteries, charge ports, cameras, microphones and speakers, power buttons, HDMI ports, water damage, software problems and boot failures. We also do micro soldering, data recovery, diagnostic scans, cleaning and upgrades.
Can you get my photos and files off a device that will not turn on?
Data recovery is one of the services we offer. Bring the device in and we will tell you what can be attempted. Do not keep power-cycling it in the meantime.
Can you tell me what a repair will cost before I come in?
Often, yes. Use the form on our contact page: describe the device, attach a photo of the damage, and we will get back to you. For anything urgent, calling (860) 447-2040 is faster.
Do you work on game consoles and gaming PCs?
Yes. Consoles, controllers, HDMI ports, overheating, and custom gaming PC builds and service. It is a big part of what we do.
